A: As part of Royal Mails procedure all items sent recorded delivery require a return address.
This is only our address. All receipts / paperwork make no references to us and only includes your own business details.
Q: What happens if an item is faulty ?
A: Please contact us and if needed have the customer return the item to us and we will send out a replacement. Our returns address will be on the envelope.
